This is an excellent tool to begin taking stock of your career situation. It's easy to go into auto pilot each day and not tune into the symptoms that crop up little by little. Another item I would add to the assessment is a questions about experiencing symptoms such as feeling anxious, depressed, moody, lack of enjoyment in activities and illnesses such as headaches, abdominal pains, etc.
